1. Introduction

Welcome to Oren by Oren LT, MB! These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Oren virtual card software and services provided by Oren LT, MB ("Oren LT," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Oren, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Usage and Benefits

2.1. Oren serves as a virtual loyalty card, allowing users to enjoy various benefits from participating merchants.

2.2. Downloading the virtual card makes you an anonymous user, allowing trouble-free use. However, benefits for anonymous users may be limited.

2.3. Full benefits are accessible only after signing up with email address or using Google sign-in.

3. User Behavior Data and Privacy

3.1. User behavior data may be used by a merchant to personalize benefits and for marketing purposes.

3.2. User's personal data, such as name, last name, and email, is securely saved in the system.

3.3. The merchant has no direct access to users' personal data but has functionality to reach out to users without knowing any personal data.

3.4. After a user deletes their account, the merchant loses access to the system's functionality of reaching out to the user.

4. Termination and Data Control

4.1. Users have the right to terminate the use of the virtual card at any time without restrictions or additional fees.

4.2. Users may terminate the merchant's access to their behavior data associated with the virtual card.

4.3. Users can edit the merchant's rights to their data in the Management panel at any time. Any changes made will be applied to the merchant immediately.

4.4. Oren LT, MB reserves the right to delete a user's virtual card or access to a merchant's loyalty program with upfront notice.

5. Card Issuance and Usage

5.1. Issuing and using the virtual card are free of charge. No fees are associated with its use.

5.2. Users are prohibited from giving the virtual card to others for use. Instead, users can share a link to create a new personal virtual card.

6. Prohibited Actions

6.1. It is strictly prohibited to decompile or modify the virtual card and its data or software in any way.

7. Data Administration

7.1. Users remain administrators of their data and can manage it through the Management panel. Any administrative actions taken are applied to the merchant right away.

8. Oren LT, MB Disclaimer

8.1. Oren LT, MB takes no responsibility and makes no warranties regarding the marketing campaigns, products, services, and loyalty benefits offered, distributed, or sold by merchants.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. These Terms might change and evolve over time. Users will be notified of significant updates. Continued use of the virtual card after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Card Issuance and Identification Process

11.1. To issue a new card, users must scan the QR code with their phone via any medium – internet, flyer, at the merchant's point of sale (POS), or similar.

11.2. To avail benefits, users must be identified at the merchant's POS. During identification, users are not required to share any personal data other than the card's ID.

11.3. Identification methods:
From the user's side: presenting a QR code from the smartphone screen, using NFC (if supported) by touching the phone to the specified place at the POS.
From the merchant's side: scanning the QR code with a POS scanner, by phone, or using an installed NFC reader at the merchant's POS.
